We have energy centers in our hands - palm chakras - that are responsible for the give and take of energy, the push and pull through our body. We can get cramps or injuries to our hands, or even more specific fingers. Each governs over a body part/organ that may be holding energy and creating a blockage.
Take notice to which fingers hurt, have cramps, get cuts and bruises, hangnails, broken nails… etc. It can help point us in the right direction on where the energy blockage needs or attention to be broken up to allow the energy to channel through easily.
