MINDF💥CK #003: “ANGER IS DANGEROUS”
Because they taught you your anger would ruin everything…
You were taught to fear your fire… To suppress your rage… To swallow your truth and call it maturity. To keep the peace, even when it was costing you your sanity. You were programmed to believe that anger is destructive, unspiritual, unladylike, unsafe, unloveable. So you pushed it down. Turned it inward. Smiled when you were busting at the seams. You numbed out. Dissociated. Exploded in private.
But here’s the truth: Your anger is not the problem... Your suppression is.
You Were Never Allowed To Burn…
If you grew up in a house where anger meant violence, instability, or punishment… of course you learned to fear it. If anger in your home meant silence, slamming doors, screaming matches, or being sent away… your nervous system encoded that as: any expression of anger = danger of abandonment, humiliation, or harm.
So what did you do? You became the peacekeeper. You swallowed your fire. You internalized the belief: If I get mad, I get rejected. If I speak up, I lose love. You learned to survive at the cost of your own truth.
Anger Is Not The Villian… It’s The Messenger
Anger isn’t random… It’s sacred soul coding. It tells you when your boundaries are being crossed, when your needs are being ignored, when something is wrong. Your anger is your body’s alarm system letting you know that a truth is being denied, a pattern is being repeated, a core value is being violated. You were never supposed to bypass it… you were supposed to listen to it.
But the world doesn’t know what to do with powerful people who are no longer afraid of their voice, so it told you to be quiet… to be nice.. to be manageable.
And now?
Now… you smile through discomfort. You say “it’s fine” when it’s absolutely not fine. You over-explain your boundaries or set them with apologies baked in.
You cry when you’re furious and you shut down when your limit is reached because you don’t know how to safely express what was never safe to feel.
Worse? You spiritually bypass it telling yourself you “shouldn’t judge” or “need to be more compassionate.” But what you really need? Is to f@cking scream. To shake. To rage out. To break some shit. To flip tables. To speak the words you’ve been choking on for decades.
Astrological Clues…
This programming has chart signatures:
Mars in Cancer or Libra → anger is swallowed or redirected through passive-aggression
Chiron in Aries → wounds around assertion, identity, and permission to exist loudly
Moon opposite Mars → emotional expression is at war with action and drive
Saturn square Mars → repression of anger due to guilt, fear, or internalized punishment
Check Your Chart:
What’s going on in your 1st house? This is your fire.
Where is Mars, and what aspects does it make?
Where are Aries and Scorpio in your chart? Mars rules them both… your relationship with power, passion, and pain lives there.
Check your Chiron placement especially if it involves the 1st, 4th, or 10th houses.
Body & Biofield Signals…
Anger that isn’t expressed festers. It doesn’t disappear… it goes underground. It turns into resentment, autoimmune issues, chronic fatigue, or spiritual shutdown.
Throat Chakra → clogged, tight, sore, chronically underactive
Solar Plexus → underpowered or overcompensating with control and perfectionism
Root Chakra → unstable foundation = unstable expression
Ascension Symptoms:
Tight jaw, sore throat, teeth grinding
Clenched stomach or nausea when saying “no”
Random outbursts over small things (because you’ve ignored the big ones)
Heat surges, headaches, liver detox symptoms
Flip The Script…
Your anger is not dangerous… your anger is sacred. It is your lifeforce waking up and refusing to tolerate what your younger self once had to normalize. You don’t need to be palatable… you need to be powerful. You don’t need to be polite… you need to be honest.
You can be spiritual and furious. You can be kind and rage when your boundaries are violated. You can burn bridges when what’s on the other side is destroying you. You were never meant to stay silent just to be safe.
Journal Prompts:
Who taught you that anger was unsafe or unloveable? How did they express (or suppress) theirs?
What do you feel when someone else expresses anger toward you? How do you respond?
What have you been tolerating in silence that deserves to be named, felt, and burned down?
This isn’t about unleashing chaos… it’s about reclaiming the part of you that was told to be quiet. You are allowed to roar. You are allowed to rage. You are allowed to take up space… speak your truth… and not apologize for it or back down.
